The Kodgav Digital Sourcing Hub is open

Until now, buying from Kodgav has meant working through most of the process by email, from requesting an offer to reviewing documents. We built the Digital Sourcing Hub to make that easier. It is now open in beta, and we are inviting 10 companies to try it first.

What you can do on the platform

The Digital Sourcing Hub brings your ingredient sourcing from Africa into one place, from comparing products to tracking your shipment.

You can review technical specifications, compliance information and the relevant GFSI certificates, then check upcoming sailings and request a quote.

Once you place an order, you can review and accept contracts, access your documents and keep track of payments.
It gives you more of the information you need without waiting for an email from our team.

Two ways to buy

1. Consolidated orders for the UK, EU and Serbia

If you need a few pallets rather than a full container, you can share container space with other Kodgav customers.

We combine several customers’ orders into one shipment, giving you access to bulk pricing while buying by the pallet. The minimum is 1 pallet per grade, usually around 1 MT. The more pallets you reserve, the lower your price per kg.

You buy the quantity you need, which makes the order easier to manage around your production schedule and cash flow. You reserve your pallets before the container leaves, and we allocate space in the order reservations are made.

For now, consolidated orders are available to buyers in the UK, EU and Serbia.

2. Forward contracts for every market

For larger volumes, you can arrange a forward contract through the platform. We agree the quantity, price and shipment window with you up front, then ship to the agreed delivery schedule.

Forward contracts are available across our markets, including the US, Canada and the Middle East.

We are also moving to kodgav.com

Kodgav is registered in the UK and EU, with customers across several markets and plans to establish a US presence. As we grow, kodgav.com better reflects the business we are building.

We are moving our primary email domain and digital services to kodgav.com, starting with the Digital Sourcing Hub. Our main website will follow in the coming weeks, with the full move planned by 1 January 2027.
